The Website is operated by:

hereinafter referred to as the “Company”.

By using the Website, the visitor confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to comply with these General Terms and Conditions.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website is intended for informational and presentation purposes. Through it, the Company presents its business activity, services, products, completed projects and opportunities for the production of natural-stone products, including Vratsa limestone, granite and marble.

The products, images, descriptions, dimensions, technical specifications and projects displayed on the Website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a legally binding offer for sale, delivery, production or installation.

The specific parameters of each order, including the type of material, dimensions, processing, quantity, price, delivery, installation, warranty and payment terms, shall be agreed individually between the Company and the client.

3. Enquiries Through the Website

Visitors may use the contact form on the Website to submit enquiries regarding products, services, bespoke projects, consultations or quotations.

Submitting an enquiry:

  • does not constitute an order;
  • does not create a contractual relationship;
  • does not oblige the Company to accept or perform the requested work;
  • does not guarantee availability, a specific price or delivery period;
  • does not constitute confirmation that a contract has been concluded.

The client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all submitted information, including dimensions, sketches, technical specifications and other materials provided in connection with the enquiry.

The Company may request additional information, an on-site inspection, technical drawings, samples, project documentation or further clarification where necessary to prepare an accurate quotation.

4. Individual Quotations and Conclusion of a Contract

After receiving an enquiry, the Company may prepare an individual quotation. The quotation may include, but is not limited to:

  • type, quantity and specifications of the product;
  • type of stone, processing and finish;
  • dimensions, permissible tolerances and technical specifications;
  • price and payment terms;
  • production, delivery and/or installation period;
  • transport conditions;
  • warranty terms;
  • other project-specific requirements.

The quotation shall be valid for the period specified therein. If no validity period is stated, the Company may amend or withdraw it before it has been accepted in writing.

A contract between the Company and the client shall be deemed concluded only upon:

  1. signing a written contract, contract for services, supply agreement or handover protocol; or
  2. written confirmation by the Company that it accepts a specific order under previously agreed terms.

Oral discussions, preliminary calculations and indicative deadlines do not constitute final contractual commitments unless confirmed in writing.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices for products, services, delivery and installation are determined individually according to the specific project.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the price may not include:

  • transport;
  • unloading;
  • installation;
  • additional processing;
  • reinforcement, preparation or repair of the installation base;
  • lifting equipment;
  • additional materials;
  • work arising from changes to the project or site.

Whether VAT is included in the price shall be expressly stated in the relevant quotation, contract or invoice.

The method, deadline and stages of payment shall be determined in the individual quotation or contract.

6. Bespoke and Custom-Made Products

Products made according to the client’s dimensions, drawings, samples, sketches, project or specific requirements shall be considered custom-made products.

Where applicable, the client must confirm the final project specifications in writing before production begins.

Changes requested after the project has been approved or after production has started may result in:

  • a change in price;
  • an extension of the deadline;
  • additional costs;
  • the need for a new quotation;
  • inability to fulfil part of the initially agreed specifications.

The Company shall not be liable for inaccuracies in dimensions, drawings, sketches or technical data supplied by the client, unless the Company has expressly undertaken to perform measurement, design or technical verification.

7. Characteristics of Natural Stone

Natural stone is a material formed by nature. Variations in colour, structure, veining, porosity, texture and shades may occur between individual slabs, products, samples and photographs.

Such natural characteristics shall not be considered defects, deficiencies or non-conformities where they fall within the normal characteristics of the respective type of stone.

The photographs and visualisations displayed on the Website are illustrative. Differences may occur between the on-screen image and the actual appearance of the material due to the nature of stone, lighting, processing and the settings of the device used.

8. Delivery, Installation and Acceptance

The terms for delivery and installation shall be agreed individually.

Where installation has been agreed, the client must ensure timely and safe access to the site, readiness of the installation base, all necessary permits, access to electricity and water, and any other conditions required for performance of the work.

The acceptance of delivered products and/or completed services may be documented through a handover protocol.

Any visible non-conformities should be reported upon acceptance and recorded in writing. This does not limit any consumer rights provided under applicable law.

9. Complaints and Enquiries

The client may submit a complaint or enquiry by e-mail to iv2000factory@yahoo.com or to the correspondence address specified above.

To enable faster processing, the complaint should include:

  • name and contact details;
  • contract, quotation or invoice number, where available;
  • a description of the matter;
  • photographs or other relevant information;
  • preferred method of response.

The Company shall review complaints within a reasonable period and in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law.

10. Consumer Rights

Where the client qualifies as a consumer, their rights shall be governed by applicable Bulgarian and European legislation.

For distance contracts or contracts concluded outside the Company’s business premises, where applicable, the consumer shall receive the required pre-contractual information and shall have the statutory rights provided by law.

For products manufactured according to the consumer’s individual dimensions, project, drawing or specific requirements, statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply where the legal conditions for this are met.

Nothing in these General Terms and Conditions limits or excludes consumer rights that cannot be restricted by law.

11. Intellectual Property

All texts, images, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, projects and other materials published on the Website are the property of the Company or are used on a valid legal basis.

Copying, reproducing, publishing, distributing, using for commercial purposes or otherwise using the Website content without the Company’s prior written consent is prohibited, except where permitted by law.

12. Personal Data and Cookies

Personal data provided through the contact form or otherwise through the Website shall be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Website.

The use of cookies and similar technologies is governed by the separate Cookie Policy.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on the Website is current, accurate and available. However, it does not guarantee that the Website will be continuously available or free from technical interruptions, errors or inaccuracies.

The Company may, at any time and without prior notice, amend, supplement, remove or update content, products, services, images and other information on the Website.

The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use of the Website, inaccurate data provided by the user, actions of third parties or technical issues beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

14. Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions

The Company may amend these General Terms and Conditions. The current version shall be published on the Website and shall enter into force on the date of publication, unless otherwise stated.

For contracts already concluded, the terms valid on the date of conclusion shall apply, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

15. Applicable Law and Disputes

All matters not governed by these General Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.

The parties shall endeavour to resolve any disputes through negotiations and mutual agreement. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent Bulgarian court in accordance with the applicable jurisdiction rules.
